  • Support the CSC Academy to monitor expenditure and forecast spend within the apprenticeship budget.
  • Facilitate a positive recruitment and transition experience for student and apprentice social workers into qualified social worker posts.
This role will take a holistic approach to improving the service, including working closely with other colleagues within the Practice Development Team, Quality Assurance, Workforce Development and Relational Practice Leads to support wider service developments and delivery of training in Newcastle for students and Social Workers at all stages of their careers.

This role can be undertaken in a hybrid way with some time spent in the office and some time working from home. The base for the team is the Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne.
